摘要
目的探究结合雌激素片对围绝经期功血患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年05月~2017年05月本院收治的围绝经期功血患者102例临床资料,分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用醋酸甲羟孕酮片进行治疗,观察组采用结合雌激素片进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率92.16%(47/51),对照组74.51%(38/51),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);促卵泡生长激素(FSH)促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、水平:观察组均低于为对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组子宫内膜厚度为(0.47±0.04)cm,对照组(0.65±0.06)cm,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血红蛋白水平为(103.42±8.37)g/L,对照组(90.15±7.24)g/L,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);停药后随访3个月,观察组患者复发率为5.88%(3/51),对照组21.57%(11/51),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合雌激素片可有效提升围绝经期功血患者临床疗效,改善子宫内膜厚度。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of conjugated estrogens tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:In total,102 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017.They were randomly divided into test group(n=51)and test group(n=51).Patients in control group were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets,while patients in test group were treated with conjugated estrogens tablets.The treatment results were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The total efiective rate of test group(92.16%)was significant higher than that of control group(74.51%).(2)The levels of FSH,LH,and E2 in test group were significantly lower than those in control group.(3)The endometrial thickness of test group was(0.47±0.04)cm and that of the control group was(0.65±0.06)cm,there was significant difierence.(4)The HB level of test group was(103.42+8.37)g/L and that of the control group was(90.15+7.24)g/L,there was significant difierence.(5)Three months after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate in test group(5.88%)was significantly lower than that in control group(21.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Conjugated estrogens tablets can improve treatment result as well as the endometrial thickness.
