“双一流”建设背景下高校学科建设的应对 被引量:16

摘要 “双一流”建设“坚持以学科为基础”,将“一流学科建设高校”和“一流大学建设高校”并列,凸显了学科建设之于高等教育发展的重要性。作为一项国家的长期战略,“双一流”建设不只影响那些“一流建设学科”,也不只影响“双一流”建设高校的学科建设,而是会对整个高校的学科建设产生深远影响。近年来,作为对“双一流”建设的应对,很多高校围绕学科的增减、学科布局、学科交叉与融合、学科的分层与分类等对学科建设的方略进行了调整。为保障“双一流”建设中高校学科建设的顺利推进,有必要对相关应对策略的合理性和局限性进行理论审视。 "Double first-class"construction"adheres to the discipline as the basis",juxtaposes"first-class discipline construction university"and"first-class university construction university",which highlights the importance of discipline construction in the development of higher education.As a long-term national strategy,the construction of"double first-class"will not only affect those"first-class construction disciplines",nor only affect the discipline construction of"double first-class"construction universities,but will have a profound impact on the discipline construction of the whole universities.In recent years,the construction of"double first-class"has had an impact on the discipline construction of colleges and universities.In recent years,as a response to the"double first-class"construction,many universities have made appropriate adjustments to the general plan of discipline construction around the increase and decrease of disciplines,discipline layout,discipline intersection and integration,discipline stratification and classification,etc.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the discipline construction in the construction of"double first-class",it is necessary to examine the rationality and limitations of the relevant response strategies.
