摘要
热电池是一次性热激活电源,电池在工作时内部温度通常维持在400~600℃之间,高温空载是热电池安全性考核的一项重要内容。从热电池空载放电壳体鼓胀仿真计算、电池放电过程的气体组分以及热电池空载时副反应等方面开展空载鼓胀机理分析。
Thermal batteries are primary reserve batteries.During discharging,the internal temperature of the battery must be maintained between 400 and 600℃ during operation.High temperature no-load is an important content of thermal battery safety assessment.In the paper,the no-load safety mechanism was researched from the simulation of thermal battery casing bulging,the gas composition of battery discharge process and the side reaction.
