摘要
目的:对四肢闭合性骨折患者,以含薄荷的水凝胶为冷介质局部外敷治疗,观察对患者的骨折后疼痛、出血肿胀、疲劳度和不适感等的影响。方法:观察2018年09月至2019年03月在常熟市中医院骨科住院的四肢闭合性骨折病例共100例,按照不透明信封法分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组予以含薄荷水凝胶冷介质局部外敷,对照组以水为介质的冰袋外敷,予以VAS及在线中文版Kolcaba舒适状况量表评定。结果:治疗组的骨折后VAS评分和Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分均优于对照组;P值<0.05,两项指标均有统计学差异。结论:对四肢闭合性骨折患者予以含薄荷的水凝胶为冷介质局部外敷治疗,可以减少骨折后疼痛、出血肿胀,改善患者的疲劳度和不适感,值得进一步推广。
Objective:For patients with closed fracture of limbs,hydrogel containing mint is used as the cold medium for local and external treatment,and the effects of hydrogel on pain,bleeding,swelling,fatigue and discomfort after fracture are observed.Methods:A total of 100 cases of limb closed fracture hospitalized in department of orthopedics,Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to March 2019 were observed,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to the opaque envelope method.The treatment group received topical application of cold menthol hydrogel,while the control group received topical application of water-based ice packs,and the VAS and Kolcaba comfort scale were evaluated.Results:VAS scores and Kolcaba comfort scale scores after fracture in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.P value<0.05,there was statistical difference between the two indicators.Conclusion:For patients with closed limb fractures,hydrogel containing mint is used as the cold medium for local and external treatment,which can reduce pain,bleeding and swelling after fracture,improve the fatigue and discomfort of patients,and is worth further promotion.
