摘要
采用单掺和复掺法探究了不同无机纤维和有机纤维对石膏抗折强度和吸水性能的影响,利用SU8010扫描电镜对不同纤维作用机理进行分析。结果表明:3 wt%硅灰石纤维对石膏力学性能的影响优于3 wt%硅酸铝纤维,抗折强度达3.8 MPa;梳状结构的聚丙烯腈纤维最佳长度为6 mm,最佳掺杂量为0.2 wt%,其抗折强度达3.9 MPa、吸水率为43.6%;复掺无机纤维和有机纤维的作用效果要优于单掺,经对比,最佳配方为膏水比1.25:1时,6 mm聚丙烯腈纤维掺杂量0.1 wt%,硅灰石纤维掺杂量2 wt%,其抗折强度和吸水率分别为4.2 MPa和44.4%,分别较未掺杂提高40%和6.7%。
The effects of different inorganic and organic fibers on the flexural strength and water absorption of gypsum were investigated by single and double admixture method,and the mechanism of action of different fibers was analyzed by SU8010 SEM.The results showed that the effect of 3 wt% wollastonite fiber on the mechanical properties of gypsum was better than that of 3% aluminum silicate fiber,and the flexural strength was up to 3.8 MPa.The optimal length of the comb structure polyacrylonitrile fiber was 6 mm,the optimal doping amount was 0.2 wt%,the flexural strength was 3.9 MPa,and the water absorption was 43.6%.By comparison,when the best formula is paste water ratio 1.5:1,the doping amount of 6 mm polyacrylonitrile fiber is 0.1 wt%,and the doping amount of wollastonite fiber is 2 wt%.Its bending strength and water absorption are 4.2 MPa and 44.4%,respectively,which are 40%and 6.7% higher than that of undopedpolyacrylonitrile fiber.
