摘要
目的探究普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特对哮喘患儿肺功能及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月就诊于本院的168例哮喘患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各84例。对照组采用普米克令舒治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特治疗。比较两组患儿的肺功能、免疫功能。结果研究组治疗3个月后的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)及T淋巴细胞CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均高于对照组,T淋巴细胞CD8+低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特治疗可有效改善哮喘患儿的肺功能与免疫功能,促进康复。
Objective To investigate the effects of pulmicort and combined with montelukast on lung function and immune function in children with asthma.Methods A total of 168 children with asthma who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 84 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pulmicort respules,on the basis of control group,the study group was treated with montelukast.The lung function and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),one-second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),FEV1/FVC and T lymphocytes CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ were higher than the control group,and the T lymphocyte CD8^+ was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmicort combined with montelukast can effectively improve lung function and immune function in children with asthma and promote rehabilitation.
