摘要
从2000年到2018年,我国运行的核反应堆数量增加了10多倍,截止2019年运行的核反应堆有45个,是继美国(96个)、法国(58个)之后的第三核反应堆国家。我国铀矿资源贫乏,基于堆浸、地浸和原地爆破浸出技术的进步,低品位铀矿的开采日益受到重视。文章分析低品位铀矿开采、浸出过程对环境、矿工和当地居民的影响,在资源开采的同时应重视和妥善解决这些问题,走可持续发展的能源转型之路。
From 2000 to 2018,the number of nuclear reactors in operation in China has increased more than 10 times.There are 45 nuclear reactors in operation by 2019,which is the third nuclear reactor country after the United States(96)and France(58).Due to the lack of uranium resources in China,the development of heap leaching,insitu leaching and in-situ blasting leaching technology has received increasing attention.This paper analyzes the impact of low-grade uranium mining and leaching process on the environment,miners and local residents.We should pay attention to and properly solve these problems while mining resources,and take the road of energy transformation of sustainable development.
