摘要
针对双燃料低排放燃烧室,总结了各主要燃气轮机厂商双燃料低排放燃烧室技术现状与特点,并对各双燃料燃烧室按燃烧方式进行了对比归类。分析指出:双燃料低排放燃烧室的可切换工况范围、燃料切换时间、燃料适用范围和双燃料启动功能是设计/使用较为关心的性能要求,双燃料喷嘴设计、在线切换系统、混合燃烧技术、低排放集成技术和吹扫冷却技术是目前双燃料燃烧室的研发重点/难点;具备燃料适应性宽广、大工况比短时燃料切换、可长时混烧性能的双燃料低排放燃烧室是双燃料燃烧室发展的主要趋势。
According to the dual-fuel low-emission combustor,the technical status and characteristics of the dual-fuel low-emission combustor of the major gas turbine manufacturers are summarized,and the different dual-fuel combustors are compared and classified according to the combustion mode.It is pointed out by analysis that dual fuel low discharge switch working range of the combustion chamber,fuel switching time,applicable scope,and the function of fuel are the concerns of design and performance requirements.Dual fuel nozzle design,online switch system,mixed combustion technology,low emission integration technology,and purging cooling technology are the difficulties of dual fuel combustion research/development.At present,the dual-fuel low-emission combustor with broad fuel adaptability,large operating conditions,and long-term mixed combustion performance is the main trend of dual-fuel combustor development.
