摘要 陕西北元化工集团股份有限公司离子膜法电解生产装置中,由于六代电解槽膜极距的降低及电解槽有效面积增大,使得同等电流密度下膜极距电解槽电压比四、五代电解槽明显降低。对原系统工艺、设备、仪表进行改造。实施后,六代膜极距电解槽顺利开车,并使四代电解槽能耗由2313 kW·h/t下降至2297 kW·h/t,降低16 kW·h/t,达到节能降耗的目的。 In the ion-exchange membrane electrolysis production unit of Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,the voltage of the sixth generation of cells is significantly lower than that of the fourth and the fifth generation of cells under the same current density due to the reduction in electrode gap and the increase in effective electrolysis area. The process,equipment and instruments relevant to the original system were reformed. After the reformation,the sixth generation of zero-gap electrolyzers started up smoothly;at the same time,the energy consumption of the fourth generation of electrolyzer decreased from 2 131 kW·h/t to 2 297 kW·h/t,i. e. 16 kW·h/t reduction,so the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction was achieved.
