摘要
文章针对医患关系紧张的难点问题,从主体间性视角出发,在对话哲学视阈下,反思医患对话在主体、内容与方式上存在的困境与根源,探讨重构良性医患关系,建构医患共同体的应然选择,提出以对话思维和价值引领医患交往,进一步增强对话意识、丰富对话内容、提升对话能力,以期促进医患关系的和谐发展.
This paper aims at the difficult problem of the alienation between doctors and patients,starting from the perspective of intersubjectivity between doctors and patients,and from the perspective of dialogue philosophy,reflects on the difficulties and root causes of doctor-patient dialogue in terms of subject,content and mode,discusses the proper choice of reconstructing a benign doctor-patient relationship and constructing a doctor-patient community,and proposes to lead doctor-patient communication with dialogue thinking and value,further enhance dialogue awareness,enrich dialogue content and enhance dialogue ability,so as to promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
