摘要
miR-145-5p是一种微小RNA分子,基因定位于染色体5q32.1,参与恶性肿瘤的发生发展。竞争性内源RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA)与mRNA竞争结合miRNA结合位点,进而调控miRNA的作用,可能参与调控肿瘤的生物学特性。因此,本文就ceRNA靶向调控miRNA-145-5p与肿瘤的发生发展作一综述。
miR-145-5p,a microRNA molecule,whose gene is located on chromosome 5q32.1,is involved in the development of multiple malignant tumors.Competing endogenous RNAs(ceRNAs),regulating miRNAs by competing for shared miRNA binding sites,may be relevant with the alteration of the biological processes of tumors.Thus,this review focuses on the role of ceRNAs by interacting with miR-145-5p in tumors.
