摘要
在大数据时代背景下,掌握数据意味着掌握事件发展动向。了解高校图书馆年度报告,是把握高校图书馆服务发展方向的必然要求。本文通过对国内42所“双一流”高校图书馆年度报告的调研分析,发现目前高校图书馆年度报告发布存在时间跨度大、发布渠道少、发布形式单一、发布内容不规范等问题。笔者认为可从集中发布时间、拓展发布渠道、丰富发布形式、规范发布内容等方面改进,保证高校图书馆年度报告发布质量,提高高校图书馆年度报告使用效率,以提升高校图书馆服务能力。
In the context of the big data era,mastering data means grasping the development trend of events.Understanding the annual report of university libraries is an inevitable requirement for grasping the development direction of university library services.Through the investigation and analysis of the annual reports of 42“double-class”university libraries in China,this paper finds that the current annual report release of university libraries has problems such as large time span,few distribution channels,single release form and irregular content.The author believes that it can be improved through centralized release time,expanding the release channel,enriching the release form,and standardizing the release content to ensure the quality of annual report release,improve the use efficiency of annual report and improve the service capacity of university libraries.
