摘要
目的分析在冠心病心绞痛护理中应用协同护理模式的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年5月-2019年5月接收的100例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据随机数字法将其分为对比组和研究组,每组50例。对比组进行常规护理,研究组在此基础上进行协同护理模式干预。比较两组患者护理满意度和护理前后的日常生活能力以及自我护理能力。结果护理前,两组患者在生活能力和自我护理能力上差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,研究组患者的日常生活能力和自我护理能力评分明显优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组护理满意度为96.00%,对比组为80.00%,研究组明显优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论使用协同护理模式对冠心病心绞痛患者进行护理干预,可以有效的增强患者生活能力和自我护理能力,提高患者满意度,改善护患关系。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cooperative nursing model in angina pectoris nursing of coronary heart disease(CAD). Methods From May 2017 to May 2019, 100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group(n = 50) and study group(n = 50). The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the study group was intervened by cooperative nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction, daily living ability and self-nursing ability before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups in living ability and self-nursing ability(P > 0.05). After nursing, the scores of daily life and self-nursing ability of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the comparison group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.00% and 80.00% in the comparison group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease can effectively enhance the living ability and self-nursing ability of patients, improve the satisfaction of patients and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
