摘要
为了芹菜高产栽培的需要,利用枯草芽孢杆菌(BLG010)和绿色木霉(H06)对芹菜进行促生长试验,试验设置了蒸馏水处理、BLG010处理、H06处理、BLG010+H06处理。结果表明,BLG010和H06具有促进芹菜生长协同增效的现象。因此,通过测定芹菜的防御酶活性和代谢物的变化来探明BLG010和H06对芹菜生长呈现协同增效效果的原因。酶活性测定结果表明,相对于蒸馏水处理,BLG010和H06均能提高芹菜的CAT和POD活性,并且BLG010+H06处理的CAT和POD活性均比蒸馏水处理、BLG010处理、H06处理高。利用GC-MS技术分析不同处理代谢物的结果表明,苹果酸、甘露醇和蔗糖这3种物质的含量在不同处理间呈现规律性差异。
For the high-yield cultivation of celery,the growth promotion test of celery was carried out using Bacillus subtilis(BLG010)and Trichoderma viride(H06),and the test was performed with distilled water treatment,BLG010 treatment,H06 treatment,and BLG010+H06 treatment.The results showed that BLG010 and H06 had synergistic-enhanced effect on promoting celery growth.In order to find out the reasons for the synergistic-enhanced effect of BLG010 and H06,the defensive enzyme activity and metabolomics of celery were analyzed.The results of enzyme activity assay showed that both BLG010 and H06 increased the CAT and POD activities of celery compared with distilled water treatment,and the CAT and POD activities of BLG010+H06 treatment were higher than those of other treatments.The results of GC-MS analysis of metabolomics showed that,the contents of malic acid,mannitol and sucrose showed regular changes in different treatments.
