摘要
选取2014—2017年间江苏省某少教所500名少年犯与同等数量的未成年人作对照,采用自编的调查问卷对未成年人犯罪成因展开调查.SPSS软件分析结果表明,家庭的教育方式对未成年人的成长影响深远,不良的行为习惯是犯罪行为的温床,身份构成和地域因素也是影响未成年人犯罪的重要因素,而完整的家庭和经济基础则是预防未成年人犯罪的保护因素.社会和家庭应给予未成年人更多的关爱,净化社会坏境,加强校园法制教育,最大限度地降低未成年人的犯罪率.
A total of 500 juvenile delinquents in a juvenile education school in Jiangsu Province from 2014 to 2017 were selected to be compared with the same number of minors,and a self-compiled questionnaire was used to investigate the causes of juvenile delinquency.The analysis results of SPSS software show that family education has a profound influence on the growth of minors,the bad behavior habits are the hotbed of criminal behaviors,and identity composition and regional factors are also important factors influencing juvenile delinquency.The intact family and economic base are the protective factors for the prevention of juvenile delinquency.The society and family should give more care to the minors,purify the social environment,strengthen the legal education on campus,and minimize the crime rate of the minors.
