摘要
目的:通过建立耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans)模型,筛选对耐药鲍曼不动杆菌敏感的抗菌药物。方法:从临床患者标本中分离到的耐药鲍曼不动杆菌用于感染秀丽隐杆线虫后,加入哌拉西林钠、头孢噻肟钠、氨苄西林钠舒巴坦钠、亚胺培南、头孢曲松钠、头孢吡肟、美罗培南、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮钠、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、米诺环素、两性霉素B 14种抗菌药物治疗,观察并记录秀丽隐杆线虫的存活情况,绘制感染耐药鲍曼不动杆菌后秀丽隐杆线虫的生存曲线。结果:美罗培南、亚胺培南、氨苄西林钠舒巴坦钠及米诺环素对耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染的秀丽隐杆线虫有明显的治疗效果。结论:利用耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染秀丽隐杆线虫药物筛选模型,可以为临床选择抗菌药物治疗耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染提供参考。
Objective:To screen antibacterials sensitive to drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii by establishing the model of Caenorhabditis elegans infected with drug-resistant A.baumannii.Methods:After C.elegans was infected with drug-resistant A.baumannii islolated from samples of clinical patients,14 kinds of antibacterials such as piperacillin sodium,cefotaxime sodium,ampicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium,imipenem,ceftriaxone sodium,cefepime,meropenem,ceftazidime,cefoperazone sodium,amikacin,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,minocycline and amphotericin B were added to the cultures.Then,the survival of C.elegans was observed and recorded,after infection with drug-resistant A.baumannii.Results:Meropenem,imipenem,ampicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium and minocycline had obvious therapeutic effects on C.elegans infected with A.baumannii.Conclusion:The application of drug screening model of C.elegans infected with drug-resistant A.baumannii could provide reference for the selection of antibacterials in the treatment of drug-resistant A.baumannii infection.
