摘要
目的整理总结古代医家治疗岭南地区常见的夹湿类温病的方药规律以指导临床。方法收集整理岭南温病的古籍资料,提取病名、症状体征、证候、治法、方名和药味组成等信息,建立数据库,采用SPSS22.0进行描述性统计分析。结果湿温常用的方剂有甘露消毒丹、黄芩滑石汤、龙胆泻肝汤、杏仁滑石汤、加减正气散、薏苡竹叶汤等;暑温常用的方剂有白虎汤、清暑益气汤、竹叶石膏汤、连梅汤、三物香薷饮、茵陈白薇汤等;伏暑的常用方剂为加减银翘散等;常用中药包括茯苓、滑石、厚朴、连翘、杏仁等;部分医家还善用花类药如金银花、南豆花、旋覆花、金蝉花等。结论古代医家治疗岭南地区常见温病的方药规律可为现代岭南温病的救治提供借鉴。
Objective:To summarize the rules of prescribing formulae and herbs of ancient doctors in treating common warm diseases with dampness in Lingnan aea.Methods:The ancient literature of Lingnan warm disease were collected and sorted out.The information of disease name,symptoms and signs,syndromes,treatment methods,names of formulae and herbs were extracted to establish a database.Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS 22.0.Results:The commonly used formulae for damp-warm disease included Ganlu Xiaoxiao Dan,Huangqin Huashi Decoction,Longdan Xiegan Decoction,Xingren Huashi Decoction,Modified Zhengqi Powder,Yiyi Zhuye Decoction,etc.The commonly used formulae for summer-heat warmth disease included Baihu Decoction,Qingshu Yiqi Decoction,Zhuye Shigao Decoction,Lianmei Decoction,Sanwu Xiangru Yin,Yinchen Baiwei Decoction,etc.Latent summer-heat disease was often treated by Modified Yinqiao Powder,etc.Common herbs included Fuling,Huashi,Houpo,Lianqiao,Xingren,etc.Some doctors were good at using flower herbs such as Jinyinhua,Nandouhua,Xuanfuhua,Jinchanhua,etc.Conclusion:The rules of prescribing formulae and herbs of ancient doctors in treating common warm diseases in Lingnan area can provide reference for the treatment of modern warm diseases.
