摘要
试验旨在建立银芦感冒口服溶液的定性与定量检测方法,并制定质量标准。对银芦感冒口服溶液中金银花、连翘、牛蒡子采用TLC定性鉴别,牛蒡子中的牛蒡苷含量用HPLC法检测,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(25∶75),检测波长为277 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。结果表明所建立的TLC法斑点清晰,分离效果好,阴性无干扰,含量测定中牛蒡苷的回归方程为Y=5.584 6×10~6X+6 351.39,r=0.999 9,牛蒡苷在0.030 2~0.604 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,计算得平均加样回收率为100.63%,RSD为1.41%(n=9)。说明所建立的方法简单易行,专属性强,结果准确,可用于银芦感冒口服溶液质量控制。
To establish the qualitative and quantitative method for the determination of Yinluganmao oral solution and establish the quality standard. The qualitative identification of Lonicerae japonicae flos,Forsythiae fructus and Arctii fructus in Yinluganmao oral solution was performed by TLC. The content of arctiin in Arctii fructus was determined by HPLC. A Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)column was used.The mobile phase of was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(25∶75).The detection wavelength was 277 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1,the column temperature was 25 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL. The established TLC method had clear spots,good separation effect and no negative interference. The regression equation of arctiin was Y=5.584 6×106 X+6 351.39 and r=0.999 9. It showed that arctiin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.030 2~0.604 0 μg. The average recovery of arctiin was 100.63% and RSD was 1.41%(n=9). The qualitative and quantitative methods established in this study were simple,specific,accurate and reliable,and could effectively control the quality of Yinlu ganmao oral solution.
