摘要
目的研究复方脑肽节苷脂注射液治疗急性颅脑损伤的疗效及对血清神经肽Y(NPY)、神经特异性蛋白(S100β)、脑组织神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)的影响。方法将本院收治的82例急性颅脑损伤患者随机分为试验组和对照组(每组41例),对照组患者进行常规治疗,试验组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合应用复方脑肽节苷脂注射液,每次10 mL,1次/天,疗程2周。于治疗前后,检测2组患者血清NPY、S100β和GFAP含量,以美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分评价近期疗效。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的NPY分别为(62.19±10.26)和(94.18±14.28)ng·L^-1;这2组的S100β分别为(0.21±0.07)和(0.40±0.09)ng·mL^-1;这2组的GFAP分别为(6.29±1.20)和(3.76±1.17)μg·L^-1;这2组的NIHSS评分分别为(9.20±1.42)和(13.04±1.67)分。上述指标:组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上联合应用复方脑肽节苷脂注射液可有效提高患者脑损伤和神经损伤的疗效果,促进预后,其作用机制可能与下调NPY、S100β水平及上调GFAP水平而促神经元再生有关。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of compound cerebropeptide and ganglioside injection in the treatment of acute brain injury and its influence on serum neuropeptide Y(NPY),neural specific protein S100β(S100β),and brain glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP).Methods Patients with acute brain injury in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group(n=41 in each group).The patients in control group were treated with standardized routine treatment,while patients in treatment group were treated with compound cerebropeptide ganglioside injection on the basis of routine treatment,10 mL/time,once a day,for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,NPY,S100βand GFAP were measured.And NIH stroke scale(NIHSS)scores were evaluated.Results After treatment,NPY in treatment group and control group were(62.19±10.26)and(94.18±14.28)ng·L^-1,respectively;S100βin the two groups were(0.21±0.07)and(0.40±0.09)ng·ml^-1,respectively;GFAP in the two groups were(6.29±1.20)and(3.76±1.17)μg·L^-1,respectively;NIHSS scores in the two groups were(9.20±1.42)and(13.04±1.67)point,respectively.The differences of the factors were statistically significant in the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of standardized routine treatment,combined application of compound cerebropeptide and ganglioside injection can effectively improve the improvement effect of brain injury and nerve injury,and promote the prognosis.The mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of NPY,S100βlevel and up-regulation of GFAP level and the promotion of neuron regeneration.
