摘要
依据GB 7588-2003分析了制动器的要求和重要性。讨论了利用制动器作为轿厢意外移动保护(UCMP)执行元件的工况,对制动器提起(释放)检测和制动力检测分别进行了分析;讨论了主流的自监测解决方案并分析其利弊,然后分析了采用制动力自监测的具体要求,最后总结了检验要点并提出改进措施。
The requirements and importance of the brake based on GB 7588-2003 are analyzed, and the working condition of using the brake as UCMP is discussed, the brake self-monitoring including verification of correct lifting of dropping of the mechanism and verification of braking force are analyzed, and the brake self-monitoring solution and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed, then the specific requirements of self-monitoring using braking force are analyzed, finally, the inspection points and improvement measures are put forward in this paper.
