摘要 核电站回路系统是进给核反应堆冷却剂的重要组成部分,关系着核反应堆的反应性控制,其压力边界的完整性一旦失效,会造成核反应堆冷却剂失水事故。其完整性主要通过焊缝将设备、管道及阀门焊接组成一个封闭环路来保障。由于一回路系统介质工况复杂,因而容易在焊缝位置产生热疲劳效应,进而影响焊缝质量,而针对焊缝内、外表面进行机加工打磨、抛光是消除焊缝应力集中,缓解焊缝热疲劳效应的有效方法。本文涉及的核工业管道机器人用于核工业管道内部焊缝打磨,全文主要介绍核工业管道机器人的控制系统设计。 The nuclear power plant loop system is an important part of the feed nuclear reactor coolant,which is related to the reactive control of the nuclear reactor.Once the integrity of the pressure boundary is invalid,it will cause the nuclear reactor coolant water loss accident.Its integrity is mainly guaranteed by welding the equipment,pipes and valves into a closed loop.Due to the complicated working conditions of the primary circuit system,it is easy to produce thermal fatigue effect at the weld position,which affects the quality of the weld.The machining and polishing of the inner and outer surfaces of the weld is to eliminate the stress concentration of the weld and relieve the weld.An effective method of thermal fatigue effects.The nuclear industry pipeline robots involved in this paper are used for the internal weld grinding of nuclear industry pipelines.The full text mainly introduces the control system design of nuclear industry pipeline robots.
