摘要
为提高棉条均匀度及成纱质量、降低生条重量偏差率,对梳棉机自调匀整系统控制算法进行分析研究,运用模糊自适应PID解决传统PID的非线性及时变性较差的问题。通过对比分析开环控制模型、闭环控制模型和混合环控制模型的优缺点,提出智能匀整控制概念,运用"互联网+"技术对原控制系统进行改造升级,实现梳棉机远程可视化控制管理。模糊自适应PID的应用提高了系统的精确控制,加快了控制系统的响应速度,提高了产品质量。"互联网+"技术的应用使企业管理更加便捷,为企业转型升级提供保障。实际测试结果表明,改进后的控制系统降低了不合格产品的数量,有效地提高了企业的生产效率。
In order to improve the evenness of sliver and yarn quality, and reduce sliver weight deviation rate, analysis and research are conducted on the control algorithm of self-leveling system of carding machine, and fuzzy adaptive PID is used to solve the problem of poor non-linearity and timeliness of traditional PID. Based on comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of open loop control model, closed loop control model and hybrid loop control model, the concept of intelligent leveling control is put forward, and the original control system is upgraded by using the "Internet +" technology to realize remote visual control and management of carding machine. The application of fuzzy adaptive PID improves the control accuracy of the system, accelerates the response speed of the control system, and improves product quality. The application of "Internet +" technology makes enterprise management easier, and provides guarantee for enterprise transformation and upgrading. The test results show that the improved control system reduces unqualified products, and largely improves the production efficiency of enterprises.
