一体化条件下装配式框架建筑高效技术的设计与应用 被引量:6

摘要 面对建筑业的转型升级,需积极推行一体化建造理念。“高效”是一体化建造优势的关键体现。设计在一体化建造中处于先导的关键位置,所以如何以设计带动高效建造成为设计在一体化条件下的重要课题。通过在装配式框架建筑中的实践经验,提出对以上课题的解答,即建立一高效的设计标准,做到标准化设计,做到平面标准化、立面标准化、构件标准化、部品标准化;形成高效的设计工作方法,做到设计条件前置,做到结构条件前置、围护条件前置、机电条件前置、部品条件前置;应用有利于生产、施工的高效建设技术,如系列化标准构件、大直径大间距结构设计、叠合板密拼、一体化外墙、预制女儿墙、装配式装修与管线分离、钢混组合结构等。通过上述3点,形成在一体化条件下装配式框架建筑设计中应用高效技术的原则与方法。 Facing the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the concept of integrated construction should be promoted actively.High efficiency is the key embodiment of the advantages of integrated construction.Design is in the leading position in the integrated construction,so how to drive efficient construction by design becomes an important issue in the integrated condition.In this paper,through the practical experience in the prefabricated frame building,the authors put forward the answers to the above topics.Firstly,an efficient design standard to achieve standardized design is established,the standardization of plan,facade,components and parts is achieved.Secondly,forming an efficient design working method,so that the design conditions are in advance,making sure that the structural conditions,maintenance conditions,mechanical and electrical conditions and parts conditions are in advance.Thirdly,the application of efficient construction technology is conducive to production and construction,for example,series of standard components,large-diameter and large spacing structural design,close splicing of laminated plates,integrated external walls,prefabricated parapets,assembly decoration and pipeline separation,steel-concrete composite structure,etc.Through the above three points,the principle and method of applying high efficiency technology in the design of fabricated frame building under the condition of integration are formed.
