摘要
阐述合成氨装置氨合成系统压缩机、冰机等动力设备产生的氨油,回收氨后残留的残液进行再处理的工艺方法和原理,并与原有传统的氨油回收工艺进行了对比,结果表明:再处理后的氨水干净清澈,可直接作为脱硝还原剂使用;分离出的混合油脂不含氨味,另行回收处理。
The process and principle of reprocessing residual liquid after recovering ammonia from ammonia oil generated from compressor,refrigerator and other power equipment in ammonia synthesis system were described.Compared with the original traditional ammonia oil recovery process,the retreated ammonia water was clean and clear,and the separated mixed oil didn′t contain ammonia odour and could be recycled.
