摘要
航空发动机普遍采用盘鼓式转子结构。盘鼓式转子中的鼓筒是薄壁壳体结构,其动力学特性直接影响转子系统的动力学行为。基于ANSYS Workbench建立了盘鼓式转子的三维有限元模型,并进行了自由边界条件下盘鼓式转子的模态分析,讨论了鼓筒对盘鼓式转子系统固有特性的影响规律。
Aero-engines generally use disc-drum rotor structures.The drum in the drum rotor is a thin-walled shell structure,and its dynamic characteristics directly affect the dynamic behavior of the rotor system.Based on ANSYS Workbench,a three-dimensional finite element model of the disc drum rotor is established.Based on this model,the modal analysis of the disc drum rotor under free boundary conditions is performed.The influence of the drum on the inherent characteristics of the disc drum rotor system is discussed.
