摘要
目的评价对护生实施护理人文关怀教育的教学效果。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、CBM、PubMed、Cochrane、Web of Science、MEDLINE、EMbase等数据库,收集所有对护生实施人文关怀教育的随机对照试验、类实验性研究,由2名评价者独立检索、筛选文献并提取资料、采用Cochrane系统评价手册5.1.0对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价,使用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入27篇中文文献,1篇英文文献。Meta分析结果显示,护理人文关怀教育组的护生人文关怀能力较传统教学组高,合并效应有统计学意义[均数差(MD)值为13.24,95%CI 11.46~15.02,P<0.01];患者对实施护理人文关怀教育组护生的满意度高于传统教学组、人文关怀教育组的护生愿意从事护理工作的比例高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义[比值比(OR)值为4.27,95%CI 2.92~6.24,P<0.01;OR值为4.49,95%CI 1.41~14.25,P<0.05]。结论护理人文关怀教育能提升护生的人文关怀能力、提高患者对护生的满意度、使护生更加愿意从事护理工作。
Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of nursing humanistic care education for nursing students.Methods The randomized controlled trials and experimental studies on humanistic care education for nursing students were collected through the databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane,Web of Science,MEDLINE,EMbase Data.Two evaluators independently searched,screened and extracted data,and used the Cochrane System Evaluation Manual 5.1.0 to evaluate the methodological quality of the included literature,and used MetaMan 5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results A total of 27 Chinese and 1 English articles were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the nursing students′humanistic care ability from the humanistic care education group was higher than that of the traditional teaching group,and the combined effect was statistically significant(MD value was 13.24,95%CI 11.46-15.02,P<0.01);The patients′satisfaction with humanistic care education group was higher than that of traditional teaching group.The proportion of nursing students who were willing to engage in nursing work was higher than that of the traditional teaching group.The difference was statistically significant(OR value was 4.27,95%CI 2.92-6.24,P<0.01;OR value was 4.49,95%CI 1.41-14.25,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing humanistic care education can improve the humanistic care ability of nursing students,improve the patient′s satisfaction with nursing students,and make nursing students more willing to engage in nursing work.
