摘要
为进一步明确历山国家自然保护区野生伞菌类大型真菌资源状况,采用随机踏查法对该地区进行了资源调查和评价,为历山食(药)用真菌资源开发利用提供基础资料。形态学和分子生物学研究表明,保护区内有伞菌类大型真菌69种,隶属于5目、21科、39属。优势科为红菇科(Russulaceae)、口蘑科(Tricholomataceae),优势属为红菇属(Russula)、丝盖伞属(Inocybe)。地生伞菌类大型真菌56种,木生13种。从经济价值看,保护区内含伞菌类食用菌29种、药用菌3种、食(药)用菌9种、毒菌7种,另有有21种食(药)价值未明。同时,37种为山西省新纪录种,表明以往该地区食用菌资源调查研究相对匮乏,亟需深入研究。
In order to further clarify the macrofungal resource status of wild agarics in Lishan national nature reserve,resources survey and evaluation were conducted in this area by random investigating.Morphology and molecular biology studies shew that there were 69 species of macrofungi in this region,belonging to 39 genera,21 families and 5 orders.The dominant families were Russulaceae and Tricholomataceae and the dominant genus were Russula and Inocybe.There were 56 species of agarics on ground and 13 species on wood.Based on their economic value,there were 29 species of edible fungi,3 medicinal species,9 edible-medicinal species,and 7 poisonous species.In addition,there were 21 species with unidentified value.At the same time,37 species were first recorded in Shanxi province,indicating that the previous research on resource survey in the region is not enough and futhure study is urgently needs to conduct.
