嵌入式复合纱的纺制及多功能复合织物的制备

摘要 文章采用两种不同规格的丙纶长丝和两种多组分混纺粗纱来进行嵌入式复合纱的纺制以及多功能复合织物的开发,得到了具有保健和抗菌抑菌等功能的新型纺织品。在织物组织设计时,选取平纹变化组织和斜纹变化组织,打纬采用一根传统纬纱和一根多组分复合功能纱线同时进行。所得织物表面形成特殊的朦胧效应,织物厚实,花型清晰,具有较高附加值,对新型功能性纺织品的开发具有很好的实践指导意义。 In this paper,two different specifications of polypropylene filament yarn and two kinds of multi-component blended roving were used to spin embedded composite yarn and develop multifunctional composite fabric,and a new type of textile with the functions of health care,antibacterial and bacteriostatic was obtained.In the design of fabric structure,tabby and twill structure were selected,one traditional weft yarn and one multi-component composite functional weft yarn were used at the same time.The surface of the obtained fabric formed a special hazy effect,the fabric was thick and the pattern was clear.The fabric had high added value and a good practical significance for the development of new functional textiles.
