针织校服染色牢度指标的主成分分析

摘要 文章运用数学统计中主成分分析法对针织校服色牢度指标耐摩擦色牢度、耐洗色牢度、耐水色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐光色牢度进行综合质量评价。研究发现:校服色牢度指标可依次提取为汗渍型、摩擦型、洗涤型三个主成分。通过计算试样在主成分下的得分,得出试样2#、试样6#、试样7#、试样8#、试样9总体排序靠前,色牢度优异,颜色偏浅的试样色牢度综合性能更好。 In this article,the main component analysis method of mathematical statistics was used to evaluate the comprehensive quality of the color fastness to rubbing,washing,water,perspiration and artificial light of knitted uniforms.The study found that the color fastness indexs of uniforms could be extracted into three main components:sweat type,friction type and washing type.By calculating the scores of the samples under the main components,it is concluded that the sample 2#,sample 6#,sample 7#,sample 8#and sample 9#were ranked higher and owed excellent color fastnesses.The color fastnesses of the samples with lighter color were better.
