某生活垃圾焚烧炉二噁英的生成与控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对某生活垃圾焚烧炉在不同焚烧温度及有无活性炭喷射的工况下,多点位采样并分析了二噁英的排放浓度。结果表明:由于低温异相催化合成反应,半干法脱硫塔前的二噁英浓度较高温过热器出口毒性当量浓度有所上升;提高焚烧温度明显降低二噁英的生成,但仍不能保证达标排放;尾部烟气采用活性炭喷射+布袋除尘器技术可保证二噁英的排放达标;混烧煤也对二噁英的生成有一定的抑制作用。 The concentration of dioxins in a municipal solid waste incinerator was sampled and analyzed at multiple points under different incineration temperature and with or without activated carbon injection conditions.The results indicated that the concentration of dioxins before semi-dry desulfurization tower was higher than that at the outlet of high temperature superheater due to low temperature heterogeneous catalytic synthesis reaction.The increasing of incineration temperature obviously reduced the formation of dioxins,but it still could not guarantee the standard emission.While it could guarantee the standard emission by adopting the technology of activated carbon injection+bag filter to treat the tail flue gas.In addition,mixed coal also had a certain inhibitory effect on the formation of dioxins.
