摘要
贫困生社会资本是嵌入社会关系网络、对其求职目标产生功效的社会资源。根据嵌入社会关系网络的不同,它可被分为强关系社会资本和弱关系社会资本两种。强弱社会关系对贫困生就业质量的影响存在时空差异,在信息收集阶段与体制外劳动力市场,弱关系更“强”;而在求职进行阶段与体制内劳动力市场,强关系更“强”。强弱社会关系对贫困生就业质量影响的时空差异,有资源提供有别机制和场域差异机制两种。为了提升贫困生就业质量,宏观层面政府应营造公平就业环境并建立贫困生就业帮扶政策体系,中观层面高校需将社会工作“嵌入”就业指导提高贫困生就业能力,微观层面贫困生应加强社会资本的积累与使用。
The poor students’social capital is a social resource that is embedded in the social relationship network and it has an effect on its job search target.According to the different embedded social relationship network it can be divided into two types:the strong relationship social capital and weak relationship social capital.The study found that there is a spatio-temporal difference in the impact of the strong and weak social relations on the employment quality of poor students.In the stage of information collection and the labor market outside the system,the weak relationship is stronger;but in the stage of job-hunting and the labor market within the system,the strong relationship is stronger.There are two kinds of spatial-temporal differences in the impact of strong and weak social relations on the employment quality of the poor students:the mechanism of resource provision and the mechanism of field difference.In order to improve the employment quality of poor students,the macro level government should create a fair employment environment and should establish a policy system of employment assistance for poor students.The middle level universities need to“embed”social work into employment guidance to improve the employment ability of poor students.The micro level poor students should strengthen the accumulation and use of social capital.
