摘要
钢板的模拟焊后性能的摸索可以为钢板焊接过程提供可靠的数据,指导焊接工艺的制定,减少焊接对钢板母材基体和焊缝处的影响,以保证产品在使用过程中的性能和寿命,特别是压力容器用钢板,对使用过程中的性能安全和寿命要求严格。文中从成分设计、轧制、正火工艺等方面开展研究,找到最优的热处理工艺,保证钢板最佳的强韧性匹配。钢中添加铌、钒微合金元素,模拟焊后态的强度提高,尤其是屈服强度提高明显;并且板厚1/4处的低温冲击韧性和心部冲击韧性都明显改善。
The exploration of the simulated post weld properties of the steel plate can provide reliable data for the welding process of steel plate,guide the formulation of welding process,reduce the impact of welding on the base material and weld seam of steel plate,so as to ensure the performance and service life of the product,especially the steel plate for pressure vessel,which requires strict performance safety and service life.By studying the influence of Nb,V and Ti on the simulated post weld properties of 16 MnDR,we have carried out research work from the aspects of composition design,rolling,normalizing process,etc.,and found the optimal heat treatment process to ensure the best strength and toughness matching of steel plate.When Nb and V microalloys are added to the steel,the strength of simulated post weld state is improved,especially the yield strength.What's more,the low temperature impact toughness and the core impact toughness at 1/4 of the plate thickness are obviously improved.
