摘要
目的:探讨术中舒适护理对子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后应激反应及满意度的影响。方法:选取本院2017年2月-2019年2月收治的子宫肌瘤剔除手术患者96例,按照随机编号法分为观察组与对照组各48例。对照组术中采取常规护理,观察组术中采用舒适护理。观察两组术前10 min(T 1)及手术结束10 min(T 2)的基础生命体征[心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、平均动脉压(MAP)及血氧饱和度(SPO 2)]变化,对比分析两组护理满意度。结果:(1)基础生命体征对比:两组在T 1时HR、RR、MAP、SPO 2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组T 2时HR、MAP较T 1有所增加,SPO 2较T 1有所降低,且T 2时观察组HR、MAP均低于对照组,SPO 2高于对照组(P<0.05);两组RR在不同时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)观察组护理满意为95.83%,高于对照组81.25%(P<0.05)。结论:术中舒适护理能够稳定子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术中基础生命体征,降低患者机体应激反应,并能提高护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of intraoperative comfortable nursing on stress response and satisfaction of patients after myomectomy.Methods:Ninety-six patients undergoing myomectomy in the hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation groups and control group,48 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing during the operation while the observation group were given comfortable nursing during the operation.The changes of basal vital signs[heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and blood oxygen saturation(SPO 2)]in the two groups at 10 min(T 1)before operation and 10 min(T 2)after operation were observed.Levels of serum stress response indicators[cortisol(Cor),angiotensin II(ATII),norepinephrine(NE)and aldosterone(ADS)]were compared between the two groups at T 1 and T 2.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in HR,RR,MAP or SPO 2 between the two groups at T 1(P>0.05).HR and MAP of both groups increased and SPO 2 decreased at T 2,compared with T 1.The HR and MAP of observation group were lower than those of the control group at T 2,and SPO 2 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in RR between the two groups at different time(P>0.05).(2)The satisfaction rate of the observation group with nursing was higher than that of the control group(95.83%vs 81.25%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Intraoperative comfortable nursing can stabilize the basic vital signs of patients undergoing myomectomy,reduce stress response,and improve nursing satisfaction.
