急诊科护理带教中采用持续质量改进的措施 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨急诊科护理带教中采用持续质量改进的具体措施,分析其运用效果。方法抽取2017年1月-2018年1月于本院急诊科在职护理人员32例作为对照组,其采取的是传统护理带教模式;抽取2018年2月-2019年2月于本院急诊科在职护理人员34例作为观察组,其采取的是持续质量改进的护理带教模式。从两组护理人员的理论知识、操作水平等指标上来进行评估,分析带教效果。同时,就其对带教满意度进行统计。结果从实践结果上看,观察组护理人员的理论知识与操作水平分值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员对带教模式的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理带教中,采用持续质量改进进行干预,能够有效地提高护理人员的理论知识与操作水平,优化其对带教模式的满意度。 Objective To explore the specific measures of continuous quality improvement in nursing teaching in emergency department, and to analyze its application effect. Methods 32 cases of in-service nurses in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the control group. 34 cases of in-service nursing staff in the emergency department of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the observation group, and the nursing teaching mode of continuous quality improvement was adopted. From the two groups of nurses theoretical knowledge, operating level and other indicators to evaluate, analyze the teaching effect. At the same time, its satisfaction with teaching was statistically analyzed. Results From the practical results, the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational level of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement intervention can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and operational level of nursing staff and optimize their satisfaction with the teaching mode in emergency department.
