摘要
目的探讨护理管理结合健康教育在眼科护理中的应用效果。方法本次研究对象是我院眼科的76例患者,病例选取时间在2017年10月-2019年3月。随机将其分成参照组和观察组。将常规护理应用在参照组中,观察组在参照组方法的基础上结合健康教育对患者施以护理,观察并对比两组患者护理后满意程度和住院时间。结果研究结果表明,观察组的护理满意度为94.7%,高于参照组的73.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组患者住院时间为(5.94±0.89)d,明显优于参照组的(9.94±1.89)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对眼科患者进行护理时,将健康教育结合到护理管理中,能够提高患者临床治疗效果,满足患者对护理的需求。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing management combined with health education in ophthalmology nursing.Methods The subjects of this study were 76 patients in the ophthalmology department of our hospital. The cases were selected from October 2017 to March 2019. They were randomly divided into reference group observation groups. The routine nursing was applied in the reference group, and the observation group based on the method of the reference group combined with health education to give care to the patients, and observed and compared the satisfaction degree and hospital stay of the two groups of patients. Results The study results showed that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.7%, which was higher than 73.7% of the reference group. The difference of P<0.05 was statistically significant. The length of stay in the observation group was(5.94±0.89) days, which was significantly better than that of the reference group(9.94±1.89) days. The difference was significant(t=11.80), which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion When nursing ophthalmology patients, integrating health education into nursing management can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and meet the needs of patients for nursing.
