一所综合医院医院感染发病率分析及防控对策探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解某综合医院医院感现状,为有效预防与控制医院感染提供依据。方法根据医院感染监测规范要求,监测我院2018年住院患者医院感染发生情况,感控专职人员主动、持续的对调查对象的医院感染情况进行跟踪观察及记录。结果2018年住院患者135707人,共发生医院感染1396人,1526例次,医院感染发病率1.03%,医院感染例次发生率1.13%。重症医学科、烧伤整形外科、神经外科、康复科等科室医院感染发生率较高,感染部位主要以呼吸系统、泌尿系统、血液系统为主。细菌培养分布构成比前三的是大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌。结论主动的医院感染综合性监测,可以了解医院感染发生的重点科室、重点部位及主要感染细菌情况,从而针对性的采取措施,强化医院感染管理,减少医院感染的发生。 Objective To understand the current situation of hospital experience in a general hospital,and to provide evidence for effective prevention and control of nosocomial infections.Methods According to the requirements of hospital infection monitoring norms,the hospital infections of hospitalized patients in our hospital in 2018 were monitored.The full-time staff of the control staff actively and continuously tracked and recorded the hospital infections of the respondents.Results There were 135,707 inpatients in 2018.A total of 1396 hospital infections occurred in 1,526 cases.The incidence of nosocomial infections was 1.03%,and the incidence of nosocomial infections was 1.13%.The incidence of nosocomial infections in departments such as intensive care,burn orthopedics,neurosurgery,and rehabilitation is relatively high.The main infection sites are respiratory,urinary,and blood systems.The distribution of bacterial cultures was higher than that of the first three types of Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Klebsiella pneumoniae.Conclusion Active hospital infection comprehensive monitoring can understand the key departments,key parts and major infections of hospital infections,so as to take targeted measures to strengthen hospital infection management and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
