肝脏黏液表皮样癌1例报告

摘要 肝脏黏液表皮样癌(mucoepidermoid carcinoma of liver)是肝脏肿瘤中一种罕见的病理类型,在组织学上被认为是胆管细胞癌(intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,ICC)的变体,病理学上与肝内胆管细胞癌相互鉴别。目前,国内外文献报道十余例。皖南医学院弋矶山医院肝胆外科收治1例肝脏黏液表皮样癌。现报告如下。
