摘要
通过对S32205双相不锈钢穿孔开裂样品分析,确定了在相同的穿孔工艺条件下,铁素体含量越少,穿孔开裂比例越大,应用归纳的方法,确认了S32205的热加工性能与残余元素Cu元素有关。随着Cu含量的增加,σ相的析出温度保持不变,Cr2N析出温度增加,另外其最佳热塑性点40%A温度也在增加,最佳热塑性区间(40%A-Cr2N相析出)的范围在Cu含量超过0.2%后明显减小。因此,控制S32205双相不锈钢中残余元素Cu的含量,确保其含量在0.2%的范围内,可以得到最优的热加工性能。
The specimen of the S32250 duplex stainless steel pipe as cracked during the piercing process is analy-zed.As a result it is revealed that under the same piercing process conditions,the less ferrite content,the greater the piercing-caused cracking rate will be.With the induction method,it is confirmned that the hot-workability of the S32205 steel is associated with the residual element Cu.Along with increase of the Cu content,theσphase precipitation temperature remains the same,while the CrN precipitation temperature goes up.Meanwhile the optimum thermoplastic point 40%A temperature goes up too.And after the Cu content exceeds 0.2%,the optimum thermoplastie range(40%A^CrN)is obviously reduced.Therefore it is concluded that provided that the residual element Cu in the S32205 duplex stainless steel is well controlled to be within the range of 0.2%,its optimum hot-workabilty will be obtained.
