摘要
胸椎骨折通常是指中上胸椎T1-T10的骨折.由于其损伤机制多样,可发生各类型骨折,常需根据患者椎体损伤程度、神经功能状态及并发症综合评估选择不同治疗方案.不稳定型胸椎骨折常需手术治疗,手术入路以前路和后路为主,随着临床工作对中上胸椎骨折认识的加深,其治疗手段逐渐丰富,本文将对中上胸椎骨折的不同治疗方法进行综述.
Objective:Thoracic fracture is usually a fracture of the upper and middle thoracic spine T1-T10.Due to the variety of in-jury mechanisms,various types of fractures can occur,and different treatment options are often selected according to the comprehensive e-valuation of patients'vertebral injury degree,neurological function state and complications.Unstable thoracic fractures often require surgi-cal treatment,and the surgical approach is mainly anterior and posterior.With the deepening of clinical understanding of middle and up-per thoracic fractures,the treatment methods are gradually enriched.This paper will summarize the different treatment methods of middle and upper thoracic fractures.
