摘要
随着全装修商品住宅的大力推广,由于配套的政策性文件缺失致使全装修住宅当前存在诸多问题:个性化需求得不到满足、价质不对等、营销宣传夸大、装修原材料不合格、质量问题频发等。因此,加大对全装修住宅的规范化管理已经成为亟待解决的问题。规范参建单位行为、强化政府监督、合理定价、设置交付样板、建立投诉处理机构等成为全装修住宅管理的重要举措。
With the vigorous promotion of all-decorated commercial housing, due to the lack of supporting policy documents, there are many problems in the whole-decorated housing at present: the individualized demand is not satisfied, the cost-performance ratio is not high,the marketing propaganda is exaggerated, the decoration raw materials are not up to standard, and the quality problems occur frequently.Therefore, it has become an urgent problem to strengthen the standardized management of the fully decorated residence. Standardizing the behavior of participating units, strengthening government supervision, reasonable pricing, setting up delivery models and establishing complaint handling institutions have become important measures for the management of fully renovated residential buildings.
