摘要
BIM技术在建筑工程中起到了重要的作用,不仅可以获得良好的建设质量同时可以有效的降低整体建设成本,实现利益最大化。BIM技术的特点比较明显,如协调性、智能性等,可以形成一个有效的数据模型并可以建立起完整的大数据库,另外计算机的运行可以形成高端技术模型,充分体现出BIM技术在装配式建筑施工中的应用效果,实现对原有管理模式的创新,提升管理效果。
BIM technology plays an important role in construction engineering, not only can get good construction quality but also can effectively reduce the overall construction cost and maximize the benefits. The characteristics of BIM technology are more obvious, such as coordination and intelligence. It can form an effective data model and can build a complete large database. In addition, the operation of the computer can form a high-end technical model, which fully reflects the application effect of BIM technology in prefabricated building construction and realizes the innovation of the original management model and improvement of the management effect.
