摘要
为解决28206工作面开切眼在原有支护方式下围岩变形量大的问题,通过分析围复合桁架锚索控制技术的原理及特征,采用数值模拟的方式确定了桁架锚索的合理长度和不同排之间的搭接长度,结合开切眼的具体条件对复合桁架锚索支护技术的各项参数进行具体设计,并通过矿压监测的形式验证复合桁架锚索支护技术的效果。结果表明:支护方案实施后,开切眼顶底板及两帮最大移近量分别为88mm和47mm,有效的解决了28206工作面开切眼围岩变形量大的问题,保障了围岩的稳定。
In order to solve the problem that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the 28206 working face is large under the original supporting mode, by analyzing the principle and characteristics of the surrounding composite truss anchor cable control technology, the reasonable length of the truss anchor cable is determined by numerical simulation. The lap length between different rows is combined with the specific conditions of open-cutting to design the parameters of the composite truss anchor cable support technology, and the effect of composite truss anchor support technology is verified by the form of mine pressure monitoring. The results show that after the implementation of the support scheme, the maximum amount of the top and bottom plates of the open-cut eye is 88 mm and 47 mm respectively, which effectively solves the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock of the 28206 working face and guarantees the surrounding rock. stable.
