摘要
以18506工作面为工程背景,开展切顶卸压沿空留巷技术研究。结合顶板岩性,充分利用顶板易垮落的特点,通过理论分析与数值模拟计算确定了合理的切顶高度和角度及爆破间距。在实施切顶前,采用恒阻大变形锚索加强顶板支护。之后采用聚能爆破管及三级乳化炸药进行定向致裂顶板。经过后续的现场监测,发现现场试验阶段留巷取得成功。该项研究进一步完善了沿空留巷技术理论,同时对类似地质条件下的工程应用也有一定参考借鉴意义。
Taking the 18506 working face of Mine as the engineering background,the research on the technology of cutting the roof and removing the pressure along the goaf is carried out.Combining with the lithology of the roof and making full use of the characteristics of the roof's easy fall,a reasonable cutting height and angle and blasting interval were determined through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation calculation.Before the top-cutting is carried out,the constant-resistance large-deformation anchor cable is used to strengthen the roof support.Then,a concentrated energy blasting tube and a three-stage emulsified explosive were used to perform the directional cracking roof.After follow-up on-site monitoring,it was found that the lane retention was successful during the field test.This research further improves the technical theory of retaining roads along goafs,and also has certain reference significance for engineering applications under similar geological conditions.
