摘要
为了准确判定提升机主轴体系故障类型以及故障原因,分析并总结了主轴体系常见故障和原因,阐述了计算机软件诊断主轴体系故障的原理。以多绳摩擦式提升机主轴体系为例,给出了主轴体系故障评判标准,诊断结果表明基于计算机软件诊断主轴体系故障精准,实现了自动化,为故障维修奠定了理论支撑,提高了矿井提升运输的安全性。
In order to accurately determine the types and causes of the faults of the main shaft system of hoist, the common faults and causes of the main shaft system are analyzed and summarized, and the principle of computer software diagnosing the faults of the main shaft system is expounded. Taking the spindle system of multi-rope friction hoist as an example, the fault evaluation criteria of the spindle system are given.The diagnosis results show that the fault diagnosis of the spindle system based on computer software is accurate, automation is realized,theoretical support for fault maintenance is laid, and the safety of mine hoisting and transportation is improved.
