摘要
针对当前掘进巷道降尘效果不佳的问题,提出将喷雾装置安装于掘进机截割大臂的思路,并根据掘进巷道实际情况对喷雾装置的喷嘴与截割大臂主轴线夹具等关键参数进行计算,通过仿真分析并最终得出降尘效果最佳的喷嘴个数、喷嘴直径以及供水压力的取值,为优化掘进巷道工作环境奠定了基础。
In order to solve that problem that the dust fall effect of the current tunneling roadway is not good,the idea of installing the spray device on the cutting arm of the heading machine is put forward,and the key parameters of the spray device are calculated according to the actual situation of the tunneling roadway:the nozzle is calculated by the main axis clamp of the cutting arm.By comparison and analysis,the optimal number of nozzles,the diameter of the nozzle and the value of the water supply pressure are obtained,which lays a foundation for optimizing the working environment of the driving tunnel.
