摘要
针对煤矿刮板输送机断链的过流保护存在的不足,设计了一种新型断链保护装置。新型刮板输送机断链保护装置可在锁紧螺杆转动时与螺纹孔螺纹配合并安装有红外线探头监测,能够防止锁紧螺杆与螺纹孔螺纹安装后出现松脱的现象,红外线探头安装稳定,准确性和稳定性都较好,能实现断链后的迅速停机,满足了井下的使用需求。
Aiming at the shortage of the current protection of the broken chain of the scraper conveyor of the coal mine,a new type of chain breakage protection device is designed.The broken chain protection device of the new type scraper conveyor is in threaded engagement with the threaded hole when the locking screw is rotated,and the infrared probe is installed.The invention can prevent the phenomenon that the locking screw and the threaded hole are loose after the thread is installed,the infrared probe is stable,the accuracy and the stability are better,the quick stop after the broken chain can be realized,and the use requirement of the underground is met.
