摘要
针对掘进机在重载荷突变的工况下对设备截割头及其部件造成冲击的问题,在分析掘进机实际生产所遇到问题及原因的基础上,基于扭矩耦合系统设计了混合动力系统,并对系统的液压系统及机械系统参数进行设置,经仿真可得:混合动力系统能够有效解决掘进机在重载荷突变工况下对设备造成冲击的问题.
In view of the impact of the roadheader on the cutting head and its components under the condition of heavy load abrupt change,the hybrid power system is designed based on the torque coupling system,and the hydraulic system and mechanical system parameters of the system are simulated.
