摘要
为了提高带式输送机的运输效率及节省能耗,结合矿井实际情况,利用永磁直驱的新方式代替带式输送机原有的变频异步电动机、联轴器、减速器的配合运行方式,在简化系统结构的同时,使设备更加高效、低噪和便于安装.通过应用效果可知:智能驱控系统的应用减少了设备维修及保养的工作量,每年节省电费611万元.
In order to improve the transportation efficiency and save energy consumption of belt conveyor,combined with the actual situation of mine,the new mode of permanent magnet direct drive is used to replace the original frequency conversion asynchronous motor,coupling and reducer operation mode of belt conveyor.The equipment has the characteristics of high efficiency,low noise and easy installation.
