摘要
基于PLC的控制技术研究设计了采煤机自动截割控制系统.在设计中应用滚筒采煤机的煤岩识别技术以及现代化截割技术实现智能化采煤机的自主控制、手动控制、远程控制等工作模式,以实现对煤矿综采工作面的无人化和自动化开采.
Based on PLC control technology, the automatic cutting control system of shearer is designed. The coal and rock identification technology of roller shearer and modern cutting technology are used to realize the independent control, manual control, remote control and other working modes of intelligent shearer to realize unmanned and automatic mining of fully mechanized coal mining face.
