摘要
目前天然药物化学实验课程中缺少对天然产物立体构型确定的内容。在多年教学科研工作基础上,提出以青蒿素构型和构象为主题,将实物球棍HGS分子模型和ChemOffice软件中模拟分子模型应用到天然药物化学实验中,同时整合TopSpin核磁共振图谱处理软件和CCDC晶体数据库网络资源,构建“天然产物立体结构分析”互动实验教学平台。旨在帮助学生更好地理解相对构型、绝对构型、构象等概念,提高学生对复杂天然产物进行结构解析的能力。
At present,the course of Experiments of Natural Products Chemistry lacks the content relating to the establishment of the stereochemistry of natural products.Based on years of teaching and scientific research,the authors propose introducing the HGS molecular model and the computer-simulated one by ChemOffice,constructing the interactive experimental platform termed“Analysis of the stereochemistry of natural products”with the configuration and conformation of artemisinin as the topic,via integrating the NMR processing software TopSpin and the on-line resource in the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre(CCDC).This platform is employed to help students better comprehend the concepts of relative configuration,absolute configuration,and conformation,and improve their ability in the structural elucidation of natural products with complex scaffold.
